Beware of Goldwagen Carnival

So I bought a water pump for chev cruze drom goldwagen carnival. Started leaking as soon as I installed it. When I took it back I was told that it would take 14 working days for them to send it back to their head office for testing. After a period of time I was informed that the pump was fitted incorrectly and the mechanic damaged it. But when I confronted them and asked them how does a mechanic damage it eternally they could not answer me and keep giving me a load of **** excuses I would like to get feedback from their head office as to whether the part was ever sent for the So called testing.
