Bad,pathetic service

I purchased a wheel bearing from Goldwagen Humansdorp in January from a guy named Herman Scholts,the worst human being ever.Unfriendly and unhelpful. I was in a accident a day after i purchased the wheel bearing and never had the chance to get the wheel bearing installed. I didn't had access to my vehicle for two months.However when I got my vehicle and wanted to install the wheel bearing it was found that the bearing is faulty and have been used before.I went back to the guy who helped me the first time and told him.He accused me of tampering with the bearing while it was still in its original packaging with the receipt from the store.He told me that I'm spinning stories to him about what happened to the bearing.I'm stupid when it comes to car parts,why didn't he check the part and see if it's new or been used before.I left the bearing there at the shop after he had me complete a claim form and then told me he's not going to exchange the item.
