BAD SERVICE

Goldwagen Hatfield has no customer service whatsoever, unprofessional with no business sense. There was a noise coming from my car by the water pump and my mechanic told me that I should get another pump. I bought a water pump on 13 May 20, when my mechanic started working on my car, he noticed that two bolts were missing and the other two were loose on my water pump cover and that is why it was making the noise. On 14 May 20, I took it back to Goldwagen Hatfield sealed and in its original package. They refused to take it back or give me a refund, they told me I should get my refund from my mechanic as he is the one who said I needed a new pump. I immediately understood that GW Hatfield just wanted my money, after all these years that I've been buying all the parts from Goldwagen. Although, I must mention that Goldwagen Montana, Moreleta Park (Menlyn) have excellent service. So Goldwagen Hatfield from now on I'm considering you as a covid 19 zone and you will never see me again.
