Bad service by Goldwagen

I recently bought spares for my car, was asked vin number in order to get correct parts. However the control arm bushes are not the same shape nor the size. I was told it cant be refunded due being bought as a kit and some part are used, I understood, however when I was leaving the store, Zamo the guy who served me with incorrect parts and his colleague laughed at me & this just showed that they couldn't care that I have lost money because I can't change nor get refunded .

After all the years i've used Goldwagen as a reliable store to buy motor spares, I was highly disappointed and disrespected by both employees and goldwagen .
