Bad service Bela Bela golfwagon

I bought 2 Monroe shocks at golfwagon 2 months back only to find that they didn have enough pressure as I wasn't getting a comfortable drive until one of the shock callopsed so I reported the matter to the dealer but they telling me I must wait for a 14 day period to investigate but when they took my money they didn tell me about waiting, they told me it has a warranty yet they don't want to help me, in the meantime I must drive 100km a day from home to work with a car that doesn't have suspension..should something go wrong with the vehicle or me who should be held accountable for damages my car will sustain on the road..? I'm am very angry with the service of golfwagon in Bela Bela warmbath , no customer service at all, they only care for their selfish interest..I work hard for the money I paid for the shocks I dont expect them to make my life difficult for a product I paid cash for and in the meantime when they want to test the faulty shocks why can't they give me new shocks as this wasn't my problem and I didnt cause the bad shocks to be in their store and why are they selling factory faults to customers
