Bad service at Goldwagen klipspruit

I bought a water pump in June last year when I returned it they store assistant said to me 5days has passed he won’t take it, I shows him on the website it says these a 12month warranty with a 10% handling fee. I’m so disappointed by the service I mean the receipt I have the box still intact I don’t think I’ll do business with them again the stuff is rude
