Bad service and workers unwilling to work

Just received the worst experience ever at the Goldwagen in Springs. I went to Benoni, and they referred me to Springsgate, it was closed. Then we called the Springs branch about two times and the guy kept hanging up saying he can’t hear me. He was so disinterested. Then we made it to the branch and got there around 12:49 and they were already rolling down the doors but their trading hours are until 1. I called out and asked them to come in and they continued to close while I was just there. I then called them, they answered and I asked them if I could still buy and they said unfortunately they are closed, I must come back the next day. I am so disappointed as I really needed that part. Highly disappointed as I specifically asked at the Benoni branch what time Springs closes and they said 1! Will never shop here again!
