Bad service and totally unfair

Im extremely disappointed i bought a waterpump on the 31 Dec 2020 when i installed it on my car it didnt work. i didnt even drive with it when i return the pump on the 04 Jan 2021 they told me they cant exchange and they wont refund.what bull **** is this???
