Bad Service all Round

Went to the Soutter street Store on Saturday 15/11/2019 to look for an ignition Switch for a corsa lite. After the salesman spoke to the auto electrician he gave me the wrong part. I went back immediately to the store, this time the salesman came to see the part on the car as the auto electrician this time left the ignitian open. He again gave me the incorrect part. Went to Midrand store this morning and was refused a refund as it was not bought from their store. I work in Midrand but live in Pretoria so now can only go back to Soutter street branch on saturday. I know they wont give me a refund because its going to be over their 5 days return policy.
