Bad service

On Saturday, 24 January 2026, I visited Goldwagen Klerksdorp and experienced extremely poor customer service. The sales consultant, Werner, was frequently taking phone calls and was unavailable when I needed assistance. I had to wait for him to finish multiple calls before he could fetch my service kit. This level of service made me feel disrespected and undervalued as a customer. I believe every customer deserves prompt and attentive service, and I hope my experience can be addressed to prevent others from encountering similar issues.
