Bad service

I bought a luk clutch kit on 05/02/21 at Goldwagen Claremont. There is a one year warranty on it. On 02/11/21 I got a breakdown. Upon finding out it was the center hub of the clutch plate that broke loose. The rest of the clutch plate looked good except the loose center hub. The pressure plate and release bearing all looked good. I took it back to Goldwagen Claremont since warranty is still active. I was told they will send it back to the manufacturer and they will come back to you. They never until I called. They told me my claim has been rejected there reasons not convincing at its is clearly a manufacturing defect. The person who examined the kit is a Goldwagen employee not someone from the manufacturer. They could even not show me the returned item. They couldn't locate it. Upon intensive negotiations. They have agreed to send it to the manufacturer. All I want it refund. Goldwagen were not honest in handling my claim
