Bad service

I bought a part from Goldwagen Montana in Pretoria. After i fitted the part and not even drove with my vehicle i realised that it is not the part that i bought that was the problem. I took the part back to the store for a refund and I gkt told that they can not refund as this part is now secondhand and tgey already bought or orderd a new one for there stock.
