Bad quality parts

<p>I bought an engine bracket for a 1998 vw Polo (A1494) when fitting the part, I realized it doesn't fit right, as my car needs to drive I made it fit to get around to work and back, I contacted the goldwagen Nelspruit branch to inform them that it's not fitting correctly, now that I made it fit (altered it) thay said that it had to go to head office in Johannesburg to the claims department before replacing the part, now I get that a claim is for a part that fails, but this part is made out of speck, now I am refused a credit as for the bad quality part, I find that very unfair, not only I spent money there now I must buy another one some were els, I am very disappointed with the service </p>
