Bad overall service

I bought a Water pump for BMW E90 on the 3rd Jan 2020 for R5600.00 from Jachan, took the part back cause it had factory fault and had to wait another 14 days to get negative feedback from Kwanda that the part is not being changed and im not being refunded. I am busy submitting my complaint to the National consumer commission and ombudsman. the manager there is so rude will even drop a call whilst talking to him. I am going to fight with everything i have to get whats due to me. I will never recommend anyone from all the forums I am affiliated to buy their parts there.
