Bad customer sevice and relations
07.03.24 Goldwagen, Gqeberha. I enquired about a v belt and tensioner for my vehicle. The salesperson advised that they do not have the tensioner. When asked whether he could not order one, I was told that they must first replenish their stock. No date given ,it could be next month or year. Thanks to Midas in Jeffreys Bay I shall receive the part on Monday,11.03.24. (I live in Gqeberha}. Maybe train staff in customer service and relations.
