Bad Attititude

So I go to Goldwagen two weeks ago to buy service kit for my Corsa bakkie,and this guy named Michael 'not sure of the name' an dwhat he gives me is completely incorrect products spark plugs are big they don't fit,the oil filter is too small and I even showed him the car I want to service, so I decide to buy another one's as my car was already getting ready to be serviced, now I return 4days later that I had to drive 25k's to return this because he gave me wrong products instead he gives me attitude I ask for his boss I didn't even bother for his name as I was ****ed,he says I have sold this ****en products for this car and there were no returns why am I special 'in his own words' so he told me he's gonna take 10% off my return when I refused I got insulted by the rest of the employees as they got nasty with me as they spoke in Afrikaans. but I acted like I don't hear them, Never again I be treated like that buying with my money so no Goldwagen Alberton for me and I will make sure I spread the word.
