Awful service and an even lousy manager

I bought a water pump in June and it failed during its return guarantee period and was told that it would first need to be tested and the whole process will take about a week and 2 at the most,,, and 10 days later I call to my surprise the claim was complicated days ago and they didn't bother ( should have known then that more problems are coming up) and I was told I would get the new pump Monday or Tuesday (16/10/17 or 17/10/17) and hey nothing again and I asked my husband call and find out what's going on and was then told Wednesday or Thursday (18/10/17 or 19/10/17) and then wednesday I decide to find out what is happening and that straw broke the camel's back,,, the supervisor told me I should wait coz he knows nothing about it and I asked for the manager and he refused to take the phone and said he doesn't want to be bothered with that and the supervisor hang up after giving me the head office number and refusing to give the managers name,,, I indeed called head office and got assistance from Mr Phillip Marks and after doing his own magic his side he advised me that he had spoken to the manager and I should collect my money and that is on the (18/10/17) and on the 19/10/17 9:43 I was there and was told the manager is not there and they can't call him coz their phones aren't working, then it was we going check if we have enough money in the safe and as they could see I wasn't going anywhere they came with "we don't have enough " go and we will call you to come get your money (mind you their phones aren't working) I refused to go anywhere and I called Mr Marks again and honestly he helped coz after waiting from 9:43 till 11:54 I got my money ...WORD OF ADVICE TO ANYONE WHO SEES THIS DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM GOLDWAGEN IN VOSLOORUS UNLESS YOU 100% SURE YOU WON'T TAKE IT BACK, To GOLDWAGEN please send them some customer service training because they lack it and teach them that even if you sell in the black dominated locations doesn't mean we all uneducated and don't know our CPA rights
