Avoid Goldwagen Kyalami – Terrible Service Experience

Absolutely shocking service. This is now the second time I’ve called the Kyalami branch, and the experience has been consistently terrible. The telephone etiquette from the sales staff is completely unacceptable — rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in actually helping customers. At this point, I would rather go through the hassle and cost of importing parts than deal with this place again. That’s how bad it is. What makes it worse is that a friend of mine spoke to Ruan and had a completely different experience — professional, helpful, and actually pleasant. So clearly the problem lies with certain sales staff who either don’t care or shouldn’t be in customer service at all. If you have no choice but to contact them, avoid the general sales team and ask for Ruan. Otherwise, don’t expect much.
