Always check your Invoices

Yesterday (04 Sept. 2025) I phoned GW Mabopane and Thomas answered, I gave him the item code, He said the part it's available and 1 in stock. I asked him to kindly book it out for me as I will be coming before they close. Thomas asked my method of payment I said card, He said He can't book it with a card but with cash payment He can. I told Him I will bring cash then, can He book it He agreed. Upon my arrival He didn't book the part I paid and waited for the part, He quote was R200 even Himself over the phone He said its R200. When I check the invoice it state R175. When He handed over the part I asked Him about the change as I handed Him R200, He said He made the discount for Himself, it made sense why He preferred cash instead of card payment

I told Him to give me an invoice for R200 as I paid R200 and this is a Client's part and I must account, He gave me the R25.00. Dishonesty at its best, I am so gatvol with this guy's behaviour, how many clients He robs😡
