Please reconsider when buying parts from any of witbank or Middelburg branches, if you report them at Head Office you hope to find solutions but thats when the circus starts, they take your money with a glance and to get it back with parts that was poor Quality attitude and misbehavior is the order of the the, Sybrand, Jean and Jp is obviously in another league that do not need business so this example is from the top Head office downwards, and all head office does is pulling up their shoulders doing nothing, if you leave messages no reply, or create a negative vibe down the stream towards your own customers, hopefully someone can outgrow this brand in the near future for this is totally not a customer satisfaction organization, goldwagen is a total no go for me and many of my friend’s being mistreated.
