<p>why do you employ people who have such a terrible attitude, from your reception where it takes ages for the call to be answered then you wait for ages for a sales person who dont know how to answer a call is absolutely rude just throws the fone aside while you wait what is happening there - i was looking for engine spares for a golf 6 but i bought it at Autozone guess you dont mind losing business</p>
