Bad service poor customer service, I bought an item which costs R200 which has never been used still sealed and in its original condition, I called in to find out if i can still return the item the guy was not interested in hearing my story he just said no and dropped the phone on iv been buying all my parts from different goldwagen outlets I have to say the one in Germiston is the worst those guys don't know what they are doing and need proper training on how to deal with customers the economy is bad and I choose where to spend my money with the rare they are going I hope dey close I'm never going to any of the goldwagen outlets you have lost a reliable customer
