The service is very poor; their connection is always out. I've been using it for over a year, and suddenly the internet speed has dropped, making it difficult for me to work from home. After calling and explaining the issue, they said they can't help unless I upgrade my package. The speed was fine, and it's suddenly decreased, so how is that my problem? They don't want to check the speed, which clearly seems like a **** to get us to increase our packages.
