This 2 companies owned by Wesley Rusere and wife have truly disappointed me greatly. This is the second incident, with the first incident I kept quiet thinking perhaps it was a mistake but with the Lesotho snowcation as they call it, it clear they are out to **** us. We paid 6k for this vacation.

They choose to cheapest accommodation with torn towels, no fridge, no microwave & malfunctioning drainage system for our stay in Lesotho. And worst of it, even whn issues are brought to their attention they don’t care to address them as they have been paid already. What they advertise is not Wht they provide. A day before the trip we were told to expect a road trip not a vacation. In Maputo they choose the worst accommodation in central town CBD( it’s like renting accommodation for ppl in Jhb Cbd).

This company has ****med multiple ppl and they are continuing to **** people. They need to be stopped , if not in the near future they are going to run away with people ‘s moneys.

Several massages were sent to try get get solution to this matter, even options of changing accomodation before the drive could pay but all our efforts were ignored and no one was willing to listen to our concerns. Workers distanced themselves and the owners of the company could not care in fact were unapologetic to them towels with holes are the standard we deserve. Aftr paying full prices, we might be solo travellers but we are respected people in this community, professionals we deserve a level of respect and to get what we paid for.
