Reund Not Paid despite Promises of Payment
I was owed a refund which they acknowledged that they owed. I have been requesting payment for the refund and I am being given excuse after excuse with promises of payment and I am yet to get payment and it has been over 3 weeks of follow ups and frustrations. I take it they intend on keeping my money and I need to just give up. Unacceptable way of conducting business

Amazing Mozambique trip with VW travel and tours

Dear VW Travel, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent trip from Lesotho with VW Travel on the 11th of June ,which resulted in me missing my flight due to circumstances beyond my control. Our bus broke down at approximately 5:00 p.m., leaving passengers stranded in the middle of a forest for about four hours. At around 9:00 p.m., another bus arrived to collect us. We then travelled to the Maseru border, only to find that it had already closed. We were forced to drive to the Ficksburg border instead, which caused a significant additional delay. Before the trip, I had informed the host, Simba, that I had an important flight from O.R. Tambo International Airport to Cape Town on 12 July at 5:55 a.m. After we crossed the border, I asked Simba if the bus could make every effort to get me to the airport on time. He informed me that he could not do so and advised me that if I missed my flight, I should contact the VW Travel office. Unfortunately, we only arrived in Montecasino at approximately 6:30 a.m., well after my flight had departed. As a result, I missed my flight, causing me financial loss and significant inconvenience. The entire journey was poorly handled and extremely stressful. I therefore request compensation for the cost of the flight that I missed, as this loss was directly caused by the delays and travel arrangements during the trip. I will provide my flight booking confirmation as proof, together with my banking details for reimbur*****t. If you require any additional information or documentation, please let me know. Billionaire island 🏝️ VW travel and tours
WESLEY, SIMBA, EBENEZER, TAVIN a.k.a Sir Nkosi and the rest of the hosts and drivers we would like to say thank you for the wonderfull service provided. from the arrival when i requested to be allocated with someone i met on the bus trip the request was met to the moving of tents , you were easily approached and end up making friends at the Billionaire Island. The treatment was fabulous we asked for braai stand to be bought closer to us we to prepare our lunch and dinner food that was met the music was a bit far from us but when we asked if they was another speaker we can use Wesley went all out to drive for an hour to fetch it for us with the inventor charger not to brag but we were like VIPs that showed us ubuntu from the VW travel team. The field was always clean and they ae places of improvement i believe as people we learn from the past firsly toilets maybe add two at the end posts, patching of beds. And just to add if we can have a day for those who want to see the surrounding in the morning can that option be added hle but for sure we planning on coming back next year it was just 3 of us but left as a family of 10+ people, so for me Linda Mira and The Billionaire island crew Thank you Siyabonga for the experience.

Great trip!
Had a great trip to Mpumalanga with VW. Amazing itinerary we saw everything in 3 days. The lodge was really great! Comfortable beds , amazing staff and very clean. Thank you guys! Your service is amazing.
