VW TableView Pre-Owned Department

Worst experience ever with VW TableView Pre-Owned Department.

I initially had a good experience purchasing my car from VW TableView, but unfortunately, that experience changed completely once the car was in my possession. It felt as though the focus was on making the sale and once the sale was done, I was left to deal with the problems on my own.

The level of professionalism, including from management, was extremely disappointing. This is my THIRD car and I have never experienced anything like this before. What makes the situation even worse is that the car was not roadworthy, which is completely unacceptable.

I am extremely disappointed by how the situation was handled and by the lack of accountability. What is most frustrating is that they seem to see nothing wrong with the experience I encountered as a customer.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend the VW TableView Pre-Owned Department to anyone. I strongly advise potential buyers to do their due diligence before purchasing a vehicle from them.

I will also not be using their service department going forward. I would rather travel further for servicing than return to VW TableView.

By far one of the worst car-buying experiences I have ever had.
