VW TableView Pre-Owned Department
Worst experience ever with VW TableView Pre-Owned Department. I initially had a good experience purchasing my car from VW TableView, but unfortunately, that experience changed completely once the car was in my possession. It felt as though the focus was on making the sale and once the sale was done, I was left to deal with the problems on my own. The level of professionalism, including from management, was extremely disappointing. This is my THIRD car and I have never experienced anything like this before. What makes the situation even worse is that the car was not roadworthy, which is completely unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed by how the situation was handled and by the lack of accountability. What is most frustrating is that they seem to see nothing wrong with the experience I encountered as a customer. Based on my experience, I would not recommend the VW TableView Pre-Owned Department to anyone. I strongly advise potential buyers to do their due diligence before purchasing a vehicle from them. I will also not be using their service department going forward. I would rather travel further for servicing than return to VW TableView. By far one of the worst car-buying experiences I have ever had.

Shane at VW Table View deserves 5 stars. From the moment I walked in to the dealership looking for a car to buy, he welcomed me with great smile and he was patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. What stood out most is, he didn't get tired answering all my questions, no matter how many I had. He explained everything clearly and treated me with dignity and respect throughout the whole process. Car buying can be overwhelming, but Shane made it a great experience. Thank you, Shane!

Shane at VW Table View deserves 5 stars. From the moment I walked in to the dealership looking for a car to buy, he welcomed me with great smile and he was patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. What stood out most is, he didn't get tired answering all my questions, no matter how many I had. He explained everything clearly and treated me with dignity and respect throughout the whole process. SATISFACTION AND FLEXIBILITY ST VW TABLE VIEW
Got myself a new 2026 Polo Vivo 1.4...proud and happy moment. Mariole and Leith were always there every step to explain and help understand. Top of my rating is their flexibility and transparency...I had initially opted for an older model and when my family was not impressed I bounced this with Leith...who easily handled(with all necessary explanations) the swap and here I am, happy with a full package for taking care of the car. Thanks Leigh and Mariole.👌

VW Sales Person - Diane Steenkamp
This is the 3rd car I have purchased through VW Tableview, and with Diane Steenkamp at the helm!! And the short of it is, she is Amazing, honestly wouldn't go to anyone else. I think 3 cars later through the same sales person speaks for itself. Her services, expertise and personality are exceptional.
