VW Table View

The Service manager, Mark Arends, is very un-professional, rude and arrogant. He accused me of wanting to tape our meeting when I merely switched my phone to silence out of courtesy because of ongoing messages coming through on my phone. He cannot diagnose the jerking problem on my vehicle and just assumes what the problem might be. He quoted me R17 148.80 to fix the problem but could not guarantee that the problem would be fixed. Work was done to clean injectors and replace gaskets. The problem was not sorted so he re-quoted R68 532.00 for further work but still could not guarantee the fixing of the jerking problem. Is this how VW make their money? This is extremely *********. Wow!!!
