Very good sales process
I had great service from Stefan from start to finish. He was with me every step of the way, always making sure I knew exactly what was happening and keeping me reassured throughout the process.
He even went the extra mile by assisting with an added extra after speaking to his manager, which I really appreciated. On top of that, the VW T-shirt, bottle, and cap were a nice added touch and definitely not expected.
So far, the service is a solid 9 out of 10.
Now comes the real test, which is after-sales service, where most bad reviews usually come from. I’m taking my car in on Thursday for a faulty light. I’ll update this review after the car has been checked out. Depending on how that goes, the score could either get that extra 1 point or unfortunately drop to a 5.
So far though, very happy with the experience.
