Unprofessional staff

The lack of communication is abit of a concern. The lady who was attending to us was so unprofessional. I went with my sister Eliza Booyse, she booked in her car for a service and it was arranged that we get dropped off and picked up while her car is being serviced. Funny how she had to be the one who needed to follow up no one called her , there was no communication between her and the dealership. She dealt with Filkile and she told my sister that they do not do pick up's and when my sister explained that no one told her this she just handed the phone over to a manager we assuming and the manager ended up picking us up. The BIG PROBLEM that I have is why did Filkile give my sister attitude as if she was the one that was in the wrong she was so unprofessional that she didn't bring my sister the invoice she had to ask for it Filkile didn't acknowledge my sister when we got to the dealership she had to go ask for the invoice and do the payment. IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE YOU OKAY WITH THIS?
