#DO NOT BUY A VW

DO NOT BUY A VW TIGUAN!!! VW DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! VW do not care about their customers as advertised and they lie to you. My vehicle was booked in on 10/03/2022 to check and diagnose a jerking issue. I dropped my vehicle off at VW Table View at 07h30 on the 10/03/2022. The service adviser, Monique, phoned me at 14h53 advising me that the requested mechanic had being busy on another vehicle and that my vehicle had just gone into the workshop . The service manager, Mark, then phoned me at 16h45 telling me the vehicle had just gone into the workshop due the mechanic being busy on another vehicle. WOW!! Someone was lying. NOT COOL as they are keeping the vehicle over and I have had to change all my appointments for the following day because of VW's incompetence. Why did I book the vehicle in a week ago to be told twice that the mechanic was busy?
