Worst nightmare Vw Hoopers

I have purchased a VW polo 2014 sedan, the consultant I dealt with was rude pathetic customer service level, the F&I Rob does not do his job properly. I have requested for certain things on my contact to be amended but it has not been done. They are readily too quick to get the car off the room to get their money for the car now I am sitting with a blunder which I have to deal with while they sit and do nothing about it when this error is theirs. I have dealt with other dealerships but definitely never ever will ever recommend Vw hoopers.
