I would like to express my concerns about not being happy about the services I have received from VW Hoopers in Smith Street , Durban. I bought a VW Polo tsi Highline Dsg from MasterCars of this dealership with the vehicle had about 54000 and some change mileage on it I can’t remember it clearly. Yesterday I had went to another dealership to check when will the vehicle be due for its next service as I want to prepare myself financially only to find out the service of the vehicle was last done January 2025 meaning it’s been more than a year the vehicle hasn’t been serviced, I reached out to my sales manager & sales man that I had bought the vehicle from and I was advised that the vehicle was serviced privately. The question I than asked is how can the vehicle be serviced privately but it was bought from a dealership and not any dealership but VW dealership but the vehicle was serviced privately the answer I received was that the vehicle is not a master car vehicle so in that case the motor vehicle doesn’t get serviced with the agent which is VW, am very disappointed with these service cause now VW hoppers have broken the service history of this vehicle which has always been serviced by VW but since hoppers want to cut down on cost the client has to suffer the consequences of having a motor vehicle with service history that has been broken. We go to recognised dealership so that we don’t have to find ourselves complaining about services rendered. Am really disappointed

Poor after sales service and lies
The worst after sales service from VW Hoopers in Durban, after buying a used car from them and being informed that it has been recently serviced by them I am now faced with a reality that they **** Suzuki SA has no history of that service. From last week I have been trying to call them and I’m being sent from pillar to post and the manager is not calling me back. Please don’t buy from them they are manipulative and ****s selling inroad worthy vehicles
