VW Hoopers

I bought a car from vw hoopers two months ago. Vw golf six vehicle was a used car and they claimed it has a full service history. I was told that the spare key and service book will be handed to me in a week. However it's been two months no spare key no service history. And I keep getting stories from the manager. I am not sure how to go about this because something is not adding up and I feel I was given a raw deal. So good people as I fight this matter just be alert when dealing with VW Hoopers.
