Unfair treatment received from VW Barons and VW Hoopers
VW Hoopers sold me a New Polo Tsi R-line last on the 29th of May, ever since I bought it, it has given me countless problems, which is surprising for a brand new car. Sunday morning on my way to church, it just stopped in the middle of the road, it showed a warning sign that there is an engine fault. I immediately called the road assistance, they came and towed the car to VW Barons. Monday I expected to receive a call informing me about the go ahead but no call was received. I tried to track it using my tracker and then that's when I realized that it was at Barons. Tried to call the guy who sold me the car, his name is Cleo Dludla, to cut the story short, he was of no use to me. When I arrived at Barons I found that they didn't even have my correct details and they haven't even attended the car. Tried to ask for a courtesy car since its a mission to even get to work, they declined my request saying they have no loan vehicles available and that I should speak to my dealership which sold me the car (Hoopers) then I tried to call Cleo, he blatantly ignored my calls and then I sent him a message, when he finally reply he was extremely rude, at this moment no one has contacted me regarding the car. I feel that the way I have been treated is extremely unfair and unprofessional yet I am paying for the car every month. Please help me. Thank you. Miss Shozi ( ********** 744) ********** The registration number for the car is ND 729 811.
