Pathetic service

Frustrated and irritated!!! We have visited vw hoopers in durban firstly the service was pathetic. Dave Johnson as a manager is the worse person to deal with his customer service is terrible he has no way of speaking to clients and he claims to be a manager this guy needs to go for training i went into hoopers to see a car i liked it and i wanted it. I had a trade in he looked at the car and offered me a price so slow. He didn't even bother hearing me out when I asked for a better price! My fiancé called in to speak to him and Dave was so arrogant and rude towards him. I cant explain the customer service its the first time i have ever experienced something like this
