Bad customer service

I have a problem with VW Hoopers in Durban Anthony Lembede street , I bought a demo car this year July 2019 white Golf 7 TSI 1.0 and this is my 3rd car now. Well on Sunday the 3rd I tried to drive this car than I switch on the engen put the gear on but it could not move , than after that I contacted the emergency number for help and they came and towed it to VW Hoopers.

Yesterday I got a phone call from one their guys at Hoopers saying the clutch is finished than I asked him who finished it and he said he will have to remove the gear box to check if it was negligence than I will have to pay coast and for checking its around R8 000. Than here is the tricky part this my 3rd car I am owning now and I have never ever had a clutch problem before and I only use my personal car friday after noon up to Monday morning because from 08h00 monday I use company car up to friday 17h00 my one is parked at work that means I have only driven this car less than 3 months but the clutch is gone and I am not the new driver as I said this is my 3rd car now and I have never experienced this thing before.

Another thing that I should have complained about it early after I took this car is that when I am inside this car driving it I can feel air coming from the outside on the windscreen drivers side at the top and it is my 1st time experiencing this with a car that was never been in an accident before as they said. I feel that VW is robbing me and I might not the last person or 1st person maybe they have done this and gate away with it I am not sure.

Please help me I want to get to the bottom of this because I paid for nothing and I work hard for the money .
