Worst service from Vw Braamfontein

For the second time I took a 2025 polo vivid brought brand new from VW Braamfontein. It now has 11k km on the clock and the apple car play and or android auto does not work.

The first time it was there for 3 days and they said it works, again today it was there from 7:30 and they say it works but only with an original apple cable???

The issue is they tested with a black apple cable and know apple does not sell black cables, and the cable was a lighting cable, and I use a type c iPhone.

So does that mean that I need a lightning cable for my apple car play to work?

The technician was also not sure if it’s works with a type c iPhone.

Then they try to tell me the tires are worn, wow instead of fixing what brought the car in for they tell me about Tyres.

Apple car play and android auto is still not working. And VW wonders why we move to other brands.

WORST SERVICE EVER! It will be cheaper to get an after market deck.

Last VW I buy brand new!
