Worst Service Ever

Took my car for it's 120K Service on the 4th of November 2020 and then after picking it up it started miss firing giving me EPC Light, I engaged with the Service Adviser he told me to bring it back.Then He told me it was my coil pack that's faulty but whats strange is that when they do the service and change plugs they should have noticed that how does one miss such.

Picked up the car that day and still the EPC Light was on he told me to bring it again.Now he said it's my throttle wires that are faulty he'll get new pin plugs

He did just that but still the problem didn't go away

so I went for second option and what was discovered is that only two plugs were change but I was quoted for 4

Went back to VW and he told me it wasnt the plugs he'll give two new plugs

So why weren't the plugs changed?

Took the car back and left it for three weeks and I was told my engine harness has oil in it and I must change it

And too my surprise my car has been driving fine and I just came back from KZN.

Problem only started after the service to I fetched my car and got it checked out and the problem was the Throttle Body and not the harness

My Car is driving fine now and I went back to VW to tell them they telling me I didnt solve the problem

They dont want to own up and now my warranty wont cover for the throttle body because they submitted a claim for engine wiring
