Unsatisfied Client

I purchased a car at Vw hatfield Bramfontein. The car had no spare key and I was promised that I'll get the spare key before end of September in 2018 but unfortunately i didn't get it till to day . What more do I have to do now? What will happen if the key I'm having gets lost? I am really not happy with their service and I want my spare key....
