GREAT SERVICE, HIGH PROFESIONAL PERFORMANCE AND EFFECIANCY

Good day.

Please allow me to take a moment of your time to appreciate the high level of service I received at Hartfield VW today when I booked my car in for service.

My first encounter with the security guard was humbling he stopped me from parking outside before I even explained why I was there sent me direct to the relevant place no waste of time.

My second splendid encounter was with Anganathi, she simplified the whole booking process in a very short and stress-free time. She was eager to assist further this made me feel valued as a client. When I needed proof of the services I had already done on the car it literally took her seconds to send me the relevant document and when I got there the booking and everything was made easy.

Secondly the driver Lucky if I remember correctly, he is very passionate about his work the way he address clients with respect, he checks for convenient times to pick up the client, he is very time conscious. He asked if it was if he first dropped of one of the clients then drop me after since it is on the way he didn’t just assume. He calls now and again making sure that you are ready when he arrives at a client’s convenience.

Lastly the technician has great customer service, I know nothing about cars but through Blessing’s explanation of the components of the car I feel like I feel like i know more about break-pads, service plans etc. This gentleman is very informative. My car came in in the morning, before I was expecting it to be done, Blessing alerted me of everything being done at 14:00. Just after that the driver calls to check on my readiness. Everything happening on high professional sequences impressed me I don’t want to lie.
