Barons Durban parts - bad business

Barons Durban parts are so obscure to deal with. They are unaware of how to handle a question, put you on hold for minutes at a time to have a conversation with someone and have no idea about their products or services. I asked about a discount on parts that is offered on their own website and get told that terms and conditions apply for batteries which are not eligible. Irony of it all is that they have a pic of a battery on the adverti*****t. Salesman "Gona" has no clue
