Poor service delivery

I bought a car from a sales executive named Chris from vw aouto house centurion .This guy is a **** he **** about the premium ,**** about the date of the first installment and failed to deliver my car on time.He kept on lying and deceiving me .Now my registration has expired and he is not willing to register my car.He is telling me that he is on leave and i must go do it myself.My whole ecperince of purchasing my first car was ruined by this guy.I regret ever buying a car from him.
