Very Bad Service

On Friday 27th of January 2023 I took my vehicle for service and upon arrival I was told that my service plan with vw has expired and I must then pay R6900 for major service or R2900 for oil change service. I then told the service provider that her last communication to me was that my warranty is the one that has expired but now upon my arrival she’s telling me about my service plan being the one that has expired. I asked her since my car is still on maintenance plan surely you can do service on my car but she insisted that I pay so that my car can be serviced. And what shocked me the most is that my car is on 60 000kms and yet they have never done major service on the vehicle and when I asked the service provider she just looked at me and said, “ I see you didn’t budget for the service” meanwhile I drove all the way from Durban to Centurion taking my car for service and upon arrival I get story after story.
