Atrocious Service from NTT Autohaus Centurion
Recently took my vehicle in for annual service and received atrocious service or should I say lack thereof. I arrived at 08h30 on 8th October 2026 at the dealership. I completed a pre-vehicle checklist and handed over my vehicle key to an advisor. He said that he was assisting me but my service advisor was someone else and she was not available at the moment. I left the dealership believing everything was in order. I thought it odd that I wasn't receiving any updates regarding my service throughout the day. I personally went back to the dealership at approximately 13h00 and spoke to another advisor who said they would relay the message to my service advisor. Another advisor also enquired with me during my wait at the dealership. When I finally spoke to my allocated advisor at 16h30, I was told that my vehicle was not serviced and that I must bring it in another day. To say this is an inconvenience is an understatement. I have been to many VW dealerships across the country and have only encountered such gross incompetence at this one.

VW Autohaus Centurion poor staff and extremely bad experience.
Extremely disappointing experience I am extremely disappointed with the service we have received from NTT Autohaus Centurion. We booked our car’s annual service on 18 July and received the confirmation SMS on 20 July. We specifically requested Monday, 10 August, and asked whether it would be okay to bring the car in despite it being a public holiday. The staff member who assisted us, Laurens, confirmed that it would be fine to bring the car in on Monday. The appointment was booked for 07:00. We arrived at approximately 06:55, but there was nobody there. We waited until around 07:10 and, with no staff available to assist us, we left. However, we returned at approximately 07:30 and found other staff members standing outside. We were not even sure whether they were there to assist customers, so one of the staff members contacted Laurens to find out whether he was working that morning. Laurens confirmed that he was not working. After leaving, we received a confirmation SMS stating that our appointment had been moved to Tuesday, 11 August. This change had been made without our consent and without anyone contacting us to explain why. I then phoned NTT Autohaus Centurion on Tuesday and spoke to Amanda. I explained the entire situation, and she informed me that the store manager had apparently asked whether there were any bookings that needed to be handled on the public holiday, and the answer was apparently no. This raises a serious concern. If Laurens knew he was not going to be working on Monday, why was our appointment confirmed for that day in the first place? And why was our appointment then simply moved to Tuesday without anyone contacting us? I understand that mistakes happen. What I find unacceptable is the lack of communication and the fact that a confirmed appointment was changed without our knowledge or consent. I then asked Amanda whether the car could instead be serviced on Saturday, as that is the only day we are available. She told me that she would book the car for Saturday. We are still waiting for confirmation of that booking. At this point, this entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. We made the booking well in advance, confirmed the date, arrived at the agreed time, and were then left trying to figure out what had happened ourselves. A confirmed appointment should mean something. If a dealership needs to change a customer's appointment, the customer should be contacted and informed beforehand. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in NTT Autohaus Centurion. I sincerely hope this is not how all customers are treated. Do you lie to all your customers, or was our experience simply an exception?

Formal Complaint Regarding Outstanding Vehicle Licence Disc and Poor Service
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from NTT Volkswagen Centurion following the purchase of my VW Polo TSI in November 2025. At the time of purchase, I was promised that I would receive a vehicle licence disc corresponding with the month in which the vehicle was purchased. However, six months later, I am still without the correct licence disc. When I followed up on the matter, I was informed that the salesperson who assisted me, Willington, had resigned and that the dealership could not locate my licence disc. I escalated the issue to the Sales Manager, Godfrey Sathekge, but unfortunately no meaningful assistance or resolution has been provided. Despite repeated follow-ups, I continue to be inconvenienced and frustrated by the dealership’s lack of accountability and poor customer service. As matters currently stand, I am driving with an expired licence disc, while the vehicle still reflects as valid on the NATIS system. This situation is unacceptable and places me at risk unnecessarily due to the dealership’s negligence. What is most disappointing is the unprofessional manner in which this matter has been handled. Instead of receiving assistance, I have been sent from pillar to post, with little communication or urgency shown toward resolving the issue. Customers should not have to continuously spend their own time and money following up on matters that should have been handled correctly from the beginning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to prospective buyers due to the poor after-sales service and lack of professionalism displayed.

No after-sales client service
I bought a new VW Polo from them, and at the first use of the towing eye, the actual towing eye snapped in two. I requested VW Autohaus to look into this and provide me with a replacement and they have constantly sent me back and forth with no client service and no resolution. I had been a loyal client with them for 15 years, servicing my car with them only. I bought my new vehicle from them. The result is no attention, no care, no after-sales service from them. I cannot recommend doing business with them.
