Unprofessionalism

In fact they do not even deserve a star, I clicked one to activate the review section. I never seen a company where staff and management behave exactly the same, unprofessional and non chalant. My Daughter had to return the Car to them more than four times. I personally had to intervene and speak the General Manager with the hope that something will be done about the conduct of employees. I was told in my face that the matter will be handled internally and I would receive no feedback about the outcome. Even when I threatened to escalate the matter to Head Office, I was told Head Office will not assist either because the matter will be brought back to them. Wow, the is the worst service delivery I have been subjected to.
