This dealership is the worst I ever expereinced in the 35 years I have been buying new VW vechiles I bought a new VW T-Cross with the R Line package and infotainment system the sales rep pointed out that the infotainment system is equipeted with a SD card slot in the glove box that was not true as the infotainment system does not even have a option for a SD card when I raised the concern not even the sales rep or the sales manager resonded !!!!a
