New VW Polo defects

I need assistance with the issue I have with Autohaus Centurion.

I purchased a polo 1.2 TSI on 13th of march 2023 at Autohaus Centurion and unfortunately few days after the deal,I heard a funny sound from the car. I kept driving it until 24 May when I took the car back to them to check it out. 25 May they gave me back the car and after few days,it went back to the very same sound. on the 12 June the car was taken back to them again. They managed to change breakpads which were worn out as if the car was used before(I have pictures of the rusted breakpads). I took the car back and on the 19th of June,the same sound came back again. I took the car back to them,and they test drove it and recorded everything,however after that,I was told that they cannot help because they do not have a courtesy car for me and they will call me. To-date,I haven’t received any response. I do not have a reference number from them,however I have incident dates. For my complaint is because I no longer feel safe driving the car which was supposed to be new without any factory defects
