A defect car bought brand new .

1/5 Stars - Extremely Disappointing Experience with New Car Purchase

I am writing this review as a warning to others after having a nightmare experience with my recent new car purchase VW 1.0 polo TSI bought in 30 December 2023. Despite being a brand new vehicle, my car has been plagued by defects and reliability issues from the get-go.

Within the first few months of ownership, I've had to take my car in for repairs FOUR TIMES due to recurring problems with •Shadder when braking •Rattling noise in the centre console. •Vibration when driving. Each time, I was assured that the issues were resolved, only to have the same problems resurface shortly after.

Despite multiple attempts to fix the issues, my car still doesn't run properly and they have the car since 15 April up to this date, the car is still there even after requesting for a new car. It's been a huge inconvenience and stressful.

The worst part is the lack of support and accountability from the dealership . They seem more interested in selling new cars than standing behind their products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Unless you want to experience the frustration and financial burden of owning a lemon, I would strongly advise against purchasing from this dealership. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a reliable vehicle.

I've tried to work with the dealership to resolve this issue, but they've been unresponsive and unhelpful. I'm now exploring other options to seek compensation for this defective vehicle. Buyer beware!
