Worst customer service

Worst customer service I've ever came across 😒. Unprofessional staff, don't even care about their clients. Vuyo's Funeral Services you need to get proper customer services training for your people because it seems like they don't know what they are doing. I've joined Vuyos since last year September and I was asked to send my kids birth certificates so that they can be added to the policy, and I did just that. Till to date my kids are not in the policy. Last week I called to change my debit date and they promised to call me back and someone called me back with the impression that I am a new client. As soon as I told her that I'm an existing client she told me that she needs to log on to her system and she will call me back👏. I'm still waiting for her call back by the way. I'm worried about how things will go at claim stage, if they can't deal with simple issues like adding people onto a policy and just changing a debit date. Mind you I've been using my airtime and no one has bothered to come back to me. Today my calls are not even answered I think they even tired of me and just decided to ignore me. Im very much disappointed and would like to cancel this.
